1. Agreement and eligibility

By applying for, activating, or using AlloBoss AI, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, have authority to act for the business, and provide accurate account information.

If an order form or signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.

2. The service

AlloBoss AI provides AI-assisted inbound call handling, intake, scheduling, CRM records, dispatch tools, follow-up queues, recordings, transcripts, and business reporting. Features may change during the beta, and some integrations or languages may be limited.

The service supports business operations; it does not replace the business owner’s judgment, licensed professional advice, emergency services, or legally required human supervision.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Configure accurate services, prices, service areas, hours, escalation contacts, and availability.
  • Review test calls before activation and regularly review live outcomes.
  • Keep account credentials and staff permissions secure.
  • Give legally required AI, recording, privacy, marketing, and messaging notices.
  • Obtain all required permissions from callers, employees, technicians, and other participants.
  • Use qualified people for regulated, safety-critical, or licensed work.

You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, emergency dispatch, deceptive robocalls, collection of prohibited sensitive data, or any activity that violates law or another person’s rights.

4. Recording, consent, and outbound communications

You are responsible for determining which recording-consent laws apply to each call. Our safe default is clear disclosure and affirmative consent from all parties before any recording or persistent transcript is stored.

Do not initiate AI-voice, prerecorded, marketing, or automated outbound calls or texts unless you have the consent, identification, opt-out, and recordkeeping required by the TCPA and other applicable laws. AlloBoss AI may disable a call flow that creates legal or abuse risk.

5. Human handoff and emergencies

You must configure a working human escalation number and callback procedure. The AI may transfer or escalate when requested, when confidence is low, or when a call involves a complaint, payment dispute, legal threat, safety concern, vulnerable person, or subject outside the approved workflow.

AlloBoss AI is not a 911 service. Callers with an immediate threat to life, health, fire, crime, or property must be directed to 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. The AI must not claim that emergency help has been dispatched unless an authorized system confirms it.

6. AI limitations and review

AI can misunderstand accents, names, addresses, pricing, urgency, or unusual requests. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for business decisions, customer promises, quotes, technician assignments, compliance, and reviewing important information before relying on it.

Do not configure the AI to make final decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, or access to essential services.

7. Plans, usage, and billing

No payment is taken with the beta application. Billing begins only after you approve a test call and separately authorize payment. The plan price, included minutes, overage rate, taxes, and billing date shown at activation form part of your order.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not erase charges already incurred, including overage usage. Refunds are provided only when required by law or stated in a written order.

8. Customer data and intellectual property

You retain rights in data you and your callers provide. You authorize AlloBoss AI and its service providers to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve your configured service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any signed data terms.

AlloBoss AI retains rights in the software, workflows, interface, documentation, and brand. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, probe, disrupt, or use the service to build a competing model or product except where law does not allow that restriction.

9. Beta disclaimers and limitation of liability

The founding beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, AlloBoss AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

You will defend and indemnify AlloBoss AI against third-party claims caused by your unlawful call flows, failure to obtain consent, inaccurate business configuration, services performed for callers, or violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension, termination, changes, and governing law

We may suspend or limit access to protect callers, customers, the service, or the public; respond to legal requirements; prevent abuse; or address nonpayment. Either party may end beta participation. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

We may update these Terms as the beta changes. Material changes will be presented before they apply. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

For a legal notice during beta, use the application form and begin the final message with “Legal Notice.” Formal entity name, notice address, and venue should be added before a general public launch.
